
Megan’s personal coaching sessions are tailored to individual likes and needs. At the start of coaching, Megan gathers an exercise history and background of each client, and collaboratively builds a future timeline of desired benchmarks and goals. Whether a client has not exercised in five years and would like to begin jogging with her husband, or is determined to shave minutes off their upcoming triathlon time, Megan will design a dynamic and challenging workout program. A motivator and ally, Megan is alongside clients through each session of personal coaching.
Personal Coaching is in-person, one-on-one workouts with Megan.
